Privacy Rights under the PDPA

If you are located in a country with a Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA), such as Singapore or Thailand, you have rights over the personal data we hold about you.

Your rights

• Access: request access to your personal data and information about how it has been used.
• Correction: have inaccurate or incomplete data corrected.
• Withdraw consent: withdraw your consent to the collection, use or disclosure of your data.
• Deletion and portability: where your local law provides for it, ask us to delete your data or provide it in a portable format.

How to make a request

Email us at contact@vintagedesignerclub.com with the subject “Privacy request” and include your full name, the email address used for your account or orders, and which right you wish to exercise. To protect your data, we may ask you to verify your identity first.

We respond within 30 days, or within the period required by your local law.
